Trial Period: 1 Month (5,000 stipend + incentives)
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Business Development Executive (BDE) to help us grow our client base for Amazon Advertising and Walmart Advertising services.
If you are strong at lead generation, communication, and sales conversions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, cold calling, email, and WhatsApp.
- Generate your own leads through research, networking, and outbound strategies.
- Pitch and present our Amazon Ads & Walmart Ads services effectively.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience as BDE / Sales Executive / Client Acquisition Specialist.
- Experience in digital marketing, Amazon Ads, Walmart Ads, or eCommerce services preferred.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to generate leads through multiple channels independently.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Walmart Connect is a plus.
- Self-driven, confident, and target-oriented.
Compensation & Benefits
1-Month Trial Period
- 5,000 stipend
- 5%15% commission per client closed
- Minimum trial target: 5 clients
- Each client must sign a minimum 3-month contract
After Trial
- 15,00050,000 monthly base salary (based on performance)
- Additional commission on every client
- Annual performance bonuses
