Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events.
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.
Sales and Target Achievement:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Negotiate and close business deals effectively.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the management on market needs and competition.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 14 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales software.
