Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Generate leads through various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase company offerings.

Sales and Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Negotiate and close business deals effectively.

Market Research and Strategy:

  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the management on market needs and competition.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 14 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, DevOps, or Cybersecurity solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and other sales software.
