Job Title: Business Development Executive / Intern

Location: Bangalore

Company: Alpha Innovation

Duration: 36 Months Internship (Full-time)

Stipend: 18,000 22,000 per month

Full-time Role (Post Internship): 33,000 -50,000 per month + Incentives up to 10,000/month

Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern/Executive at Alpha Innovation, you will play a key role in expanding our reach by connecting with students, colleges, and professionals across India. You'll be responsible for promoting Alpha Innovation's certified internship and training programs, building strong partnerships, and driving enrolments through strategic outreach. This role is ideal for energetic, growth-oriented individuals who are eager to develop skills in sales, marketing, communication, and relationship management all while gaining real-world business exposure. You'll work closely with our marketing and operations teams, receive continuous guidance from mentors, and contribute directly to the company's mission of bridging the gap between

academics and professional learning.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
  • Confident in approaching new people and institutions.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and social media outreach.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and connect with potential students, colleges, and TPOs to promote Alpha Innovation's programs.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and virtual sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner institutions.
  • Generate leads, meet monthly targets, and contribute to business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and operations teams to plan outreach strategies.
  • Maintain reports and feedback on daily progress and lead conversions.
