Allianze Infosoft is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven experience in service-oriented sales within the BPO and outsourcing industry, focusing on international markets (US, UK, Canada, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing long-term relationships, and promoting customized outsourcing solutions across diverse sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in international BPO markets(US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Generate qualified leads through market research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
- Present Allianze Infosoft's BPO service portfolio, including customer support, back-office operations, data entry, digital solutions, and process management services.
- Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and business presentations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, finance, and delivery) to ensure smooth project transition and service quality.
- Track, analyse, and report sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Represent the organization at global events, trade shows, and online networking forums.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the BPO / ITES industry (preferably with international exposure).
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, pricing models, and client engagement processes.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing international clients (US, UK, Canada, Australia and other global countries).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to craft and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
- Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and online lead generation tools.
- Strong business acumen and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
