About The Role:
We're looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives who can help us identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive growth. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about communication, sales, and business strategy.
Key Responsibility:
- Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and networking.
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Understand client requirements and pitch relevant products or services effectively.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and prospect information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on sales activities and performance.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of business, marketing, and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online communication tools.
- Eager to learn, target-driven, and highly self-motivated.
