Business Development Executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Kanayannur. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting market research, and creating business strategies to achieve growth. Additional responsibilities include meeting revenue targets, presenting the value of AIBI Campus programs to prospective clients, and collaborating with internal teams to align sales goals with organizational objectives.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and developing business strategies
• Proven ability in sales and client relationship management
• Knowledge of AI-powered education, digital marketing, or business courses is an advantage
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
