Key Responsibilities
- Lead Calling & Qualification
Make 50-60 outbound calls daily to potential leads.
Qualify leads based on defined criteria to determine fit and interest.
- Client Engagement & Meetings
Schedule and conduct meetings with qualified leads (in-person or virtual) to understand client needs.
Present solutions and value propositions aligned with client goals.
- Lead Conversion & Closing
Build strong client relationships to guide leads through the sales funnel.
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, turning prospects into paying customers.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM.
Upload call recordings and ensure thorough documentation of client discussions and status updates.
- Proposal & Invoice Management
Create and send tailored proposals and invoices to clients.
Track payment status and follow up on pending payments.
- Follow-ups & Pipeline Management
Regularly follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Ensure consistent pipeline movement and update the status of each lead.
Provide daily and weekly updates to your reporting manager.
Report on call outcomes, meetings held, deals closed, and payment status.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in business development, telesales, or client acquisition.
Bachelors or Masters Degree is any marketing. Media, commerce field is required.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software. ( Preferred)
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized.
Comfortable conducting meetings and closing deals.
