About the Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will be working with DecorStation, our technology-enabled interior materials platform and one of our ventures. DecorStation is focused on simplifying the way interior and building materials are sourced in India.

By bringing together a wide range of curated products and trusted vendors on a single platform, we help homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors discover, compare, and source materials with greater transparency and convenience. Our goal is to make the material selection process faster, more organized, and hassle-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Connect with vendors and understand their business requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operations.
• Negotiate and close business deals.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Vendor Management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships and close deals.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
