Role Overview
This role provides hands-on experience at the intersection of sales and client management within the fast-paced advertising technology industry. The intern will support both new business acquisition and the ongoing success of our client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Assist the BD team in preparing sales materials and presentations.
- Help qualify inbound leads and organize prospect data in the CRM.
Customer Success Assistance:
- Support the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in onboarding new clients.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in compiling client reports and performance summaries.
- Help manage client communication and internal coordination to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the AdTech or digital marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
