Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) located in New Delhi.

The BDA will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by converting prospective students into enrollments. Responsibilities include engaging with potential aspirants, understanding their learning needs, presenting suitable course offerings, and ensuring high-quality counseling and conversion.

The role demands a performance-driven approach focused on achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets while maintaining an excellent student experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue and admissions growth through effective counseling and conversions.
  • Conduct product presentations and one-on-one consultations with prospective students.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management to maximize enrollment conversion.
  • Contribute to sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales efforts with institutional goals.
  • Track performance metrics and ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in presentation, communication, and relationship-building.
  • Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales/revenue targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Passion for education, career counseling, and student success.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on performance and accountability.
