Business Development Associate (Salary Upto 5 Lpa)

Square Yards is a comprehensive proptech platform that covers the entire consumer journey from Search & Discovery to Transactions, Mortgages, Home Furnishing, Rentals, and Property Management. The company facilitates over 15,000 transactions annually, worth more than $1 billion. Square Yards has successfully expanded into global markets, with significant revenue from locations like the Middle East, Australia, and Canada. Leveraging Data Analytics and VR tools, Square Yards aims to disrupt traditional marketplaces and build India's first MLS. Adjacent B2C platforms such as Azuro, Interior Company, and Square Capital are scaling up to lead their categories.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate at our Gurugram location. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, and fostering strong communication with clients and internal teams. The role involves active participation in sales activities and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

• Lead Generation and Market Research skills
• Excellent Presentation Skills and experience in creating and delivering Presentations
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
