Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities for the organization. They will proactively identify and pursue sales prospects, cultivate client relationships, and manage the complete new business development cycle, including market research, lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, creating funnels, pitching, negotiations, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and pursue new sales opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Employ various methods, such as LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and cold emailing, to create a robust sales funnel.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Analyze market trends and perform research to identify emerging business prospects.
  • Skillfully negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Regularly update senior management on sales progress and address any arising issues.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand networks and generate new business leads.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for future projects.
Requirements:
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience in business development, and sales, preferably in BTL/ATL marketing or events management company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and G-Suite.
