Pregrad is a startup recognized under StartupIndia, located in Noida. We are building India's 1st career accelerator platform for undergrad students. Our cohort-based e-learning platform provides industry-relevant curriculum and live mentor-led training. With our dedicated career assist cell, we upskill students in high-paying skills and help them kickstart their careers before graduation. Our platform offers training in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Programming, UX/UI, Game Development, Data Science, Marketing, and more.

Role Description

Student Counselling/Sales Call:

Engage with prospective students over the call. Understand their background, career aspirations, and challenges they may be facing and pitch the Pregrad courses accordingly. Maintaining the database on the internal templates.

Enrollment Assistance:

Assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration. Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses. Give clear details about the fee structure and payment cycles as shared by the management.

Performance Tracking:

Maintain accurate records of student interactions, counselling outcomes, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports on the number of enrollments and the effectiveness of counselling efforts.

Sales Pipeline:

Maintaining sales daily pipeline with Self Generated leads, Referrals, Follow ups and assigned leads, for achieving daily/weekly conversion rate goals.

Sales Conversion:

Negotiate WIN-WIN deals. Manage profitability index as per management guidelines.

Student Coordination:

Write and share messages/emails professionally to record all the discussions with the student. Be the interface between the student and the operations team from enrollment to course completion.

Knowledge:

Google Sheets/Excel Understanding of the industry and market trends. Knowledge of the company's products or services. Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets. Conversion Rates. Client Satisfaction and Retention Rates. Sales Pipeline Growth.
