Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on suitable academic and career paths through one-on-one or group sessions.

  • Maintain accurate student records, reports, and documentation.
  • Stay updated on educational trends, admission processes, and industry developments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
  • 01 year of experience as an Education Counselor or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work setup.
