About the Role
We're looking for ambitious, goal-oriented professionals who are passionate about sales, communication, and student success.
As a Business Development Associate (BDA) SALES, you'll be the face of Medway guiding aspiring medical students and helping them make informed career decisions through our learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and consult with potential students via calls, emails, and messages to understand their learning needs.
- Promote and sell Medway's medical education programs (NEET PG, FMGE, etc.) through effective communication and personalized counseling.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, manage timely follow-ups, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and provide feedback to improve sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency preferred).
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in inside sales / EdTech preferred however, freshers with passion and confidence are welcome!
Compensation & Benefits
- 20,000/month (in-hand) for freshers
- 25,000/month (in-hand) for experienced candidates
