Role Overview

As a Senior Academic Counsellor, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand the academic needs of students and parents to recommend personalized learning solutions.
  • Revenue Growth: Plan and execute strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and referrals.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Handle objections effectively, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably K12 or test preparation)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Work Conditions

  • 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)
  • Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasks
