Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Student Counselling/Sales Call
  • Engage with prospective students over calls.
  • Understand their background, career aspirations, and challenges, and pitch relevant Pregrad courses.
  • Maintain and update student data in internal templates.
  • Enrollment Assistance
  • Assist students with course selection, fee payment, and registration.
  • Follow up with leads to encourage enrollment.
  • Share accurate details regarding the fee structure and payment cycles as provided by management.
  • Performance Tracking
  • Maintain records of all student interactions and counselling outcomes.
  • Track and report conversion rates and enrollment numbers.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Sales Pipeline
  • Manage daily sales pipeline, including self-generated leads, referrals, follow-ups, and assigned leads.
  • Work toward daily and weekly conversion goals.
  • Sales Conversion
  • Negotiate deals that are beneficial for both the student and the organization.
  • Ensure profitability guidelines are met as per management directions.
  • Student Coordination
  • Communicate professionally through calls, messages, and emails to document discussions.
  • Act as a bridge between the student and the operations team from enrollment to course completion.

  • Monthly and Quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Conversion Rates.
  • Client Satisfaction and Retention Rates.
  • Sales Pipeline Growth.
