Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and research to identify and evaluate potential clients, ensuring they align with the target audience and business objectives
  • Use CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and document customer interactions while keeping detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and updates
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services to confidently present them to clients and demonstrate their value
  • Engage with potential leads to understand their needs, identify their pain points, and present customized solutions that address those needs, focusing on long-term relationships rather than quick sales
  • Maintain consistent communication with leads in the sales funnel, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets by closing deals and managing the sales pipeline effectively
  • Work closely with the operations team, marketing, training, and other departments to align strategies, share insights, and close sales effectively
