Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator who enjoys problem-solving, understands client needs, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Build a strong pipeline and convert qualified prospects into business opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead and revenue targets.
  • Maintain client data and progress updates on CRM tools.
  • Represent Enout with professionalism, enthusiasm, and empathy at every touchpoint.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 01 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or client acquisition (freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High ownership, goal orientation, and a growth mindset.
  • Experience in B2B, Events, or Hospitality sectors is a plus.
