Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth for our SaaS-based HRMS/Product solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and SaaS market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or IT software sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in selling HRMS, CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
  • Understanding of subscription-based sales models.
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
