We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive sales and growth for our SaaS-based HRMS/Product solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for the company's SaaS products.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance lead generation and client engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and SaaS market developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or IT software sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand software products and explain technical concepts to clients.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic sales environment.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in selling HRMS, CRM, ERP, or similar SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Salesforce.
- Understanding of subscription-based sales models.
