Job Description

As a Business Development Executive & Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our company by combining key responsibilities of business development and front desk management. This hybrid role requires you to be a multi tasker who can engage with clients, support business development efforts, and ensure a seamless office experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
 Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
 Lead Generation: Generate leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential clients.
 Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
 Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
 Negotiation: Negotiate and close deals while ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
 Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and progress.
 Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for business growth.
 Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Administrator Responsibilities:
 Front Desk Management: Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
 Phone Handling: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate individuals.
 Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing conference rooms, and handling mail and deliveries.
 Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and common areas are tidy and well-maintained.
 Record Keeping: Maintain visitor logs and manage sign-in processes.
 Security: Monitor and control access to the premises.
 Office Supplies: Manage and order office supplies as needed.
 Problem Solving: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Salary: 15000 to 20000 CTC.
Timing: 6:30pm-3:30am [Night Shift]
Interview Mode: Face-To-Face Completely
Work from Office.
For females Only: We provide Drop up facility (if location comes under 8-10 kms)
