As a Business Developer, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain hands-on experience in the field of business development.

We are looking for ambitious and energetic freshers to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for sales, client acquisition, and business growth. This role will provide end-to-end training in business development, including pitching to international clients.

• Education: MBA, BBA, B.Com, MCA, BCA (Freshers can apply)
• Experience: No prior experience required
• Skills Required: Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and eagerness to learn business development processes.

1. Lead Generation & Market Research:

• Identify potential clients through online research and networking.
• Build a database of prospects in relevant industries.

1. Client Outreach & Communication:

• Contact potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
• Initiate and maintain relationships with international clients.

1. Sales & Pitching:

• Learn to craft compelling business proposals and presentations.
• Pitch our web and app development services to potential clients.

1. Client Meetings & Follow-ups:

• Schedule and conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person).
• Follow up with leads and negotiate business deals.

1. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

• Work closely with the marketing and development teams to understand project requirements.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless client communication.

1. Business Development Strategy:

• Learn to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Assist in the development of business growth strategies.

• Training Period: 3 months (Full training on business development process)
• Stipend During Training: 5000 per month
• Salary After Training: 12,000 to 15,000 per month (Performance-based increments possible)
• Agreement Confirmation: Do you agree to the terms of a 3-month training period with a stipend of 5000 per month, followed by a salary range of 12,000 to 15,000 per month
