We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Business Coordinator to support daily business operations, client communications, and project coordination. The role involves assisting management in business planning, tracking progress, ensuring smooth communication across departments, and contributing to business growth activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between management, clients, and internal teams.
- Coordinate business activities, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Track progress of projects and business initiatives; update management regularly.
- Support business development team with lead tracking, client communications, and documentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of business operations, leads, and performance data.
- Help in planning and executing growth initiatives and process improvements.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience as a Business Coordinator, Project Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
