Purpose & Accountabilities
Purpose
To drive and support the client's HR Evolution agenda, increase employee satisfaction, and drive significant value creation resulting in fuelling the business growth agenda. The role involves delivery of client solutions along with aiding the solution design.

Core HR experience (could range from Line HR HR BP, HR Ops, HR Shared Services and HR CoE).
Generalist Experience in Managing employee lifecycle, experience in an employee facing HR role including interactions with mid-senior leadership
Experience in day-to-day HR administration/operations/Generalist role onboarding, maintaining employee database/HRIS, leave administration, grievance handling, resolving queries, employee F&F - Exit management, payroll administration vendor coordination
HR policy governance and administration
Designing and Driving Employee Engagement initiatives
Performance Management process; assistance in design and program management
Experience in total rewards implementation
Learning & Development Needs identification, implementation & governance
Payroll Administration (limited to providing inputs, knowledge of process), Knowledge of HR statutory compliances
Consulting Skills (e.g., Problem solving / business case / design thinking)
Experience of working on HR Tech / Analytics implementation is a plus
Experience in creation of HR policies, manuals or process documents at the Organizational level is preferred.
