Business Associate

About the Role

• Islands of Loom is looking for a Business Associate (Founder's Office), a versatile and motivated individual eager to learn the ropes of building and scaling a startup.
• This is an entry level role, best suited for recent graduates or early professionals with strong analytical skills and a finance or commerce background.

What You'll Do

Maintain trackers and reports (sales, inventory, expenses).

Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and simple business models.

Support day to day operations from vendor coordination to logistics follow ups.

Conduct research and prepare presentations for new ideas and opportunities.

Lead or participate in customer calls, vendor discussions, and partner meetings

when required.

Work closely with the founder on strategic projects and decision making.

What We're Looking For

Graduate in finance, commerce, or economics (freshers welcome).

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

Good communication and presentation skills; confident to take on customer calls.

Curiosity to learn, problem solve, and take ownership.

Ability to support the founder on strategic initiatives and special projects.

Eager to grow with the company and wear multiple hats.

Compensation

18,00025,000 per month (depending on skills and experience).
