Summary:

As a Business Architect, a typical day involves leading comprehensive assessments of the current business environment to uncover opportunities that can deliver measurable value to the client. This role requires defining high-level customer requirements and designing the necessary business solutions and organizational structures to support these opportunities. The Business Architect also develops detailed business cases that align with the client s vision, ensuring that strategic objectives are clearly articulated and actionable. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business goals and drive transformation initiatives is a key aspect of daily activities.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Drive the development and implementation of business strategies that support organizational goals.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
