Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro, Figma.
- Understanding of BPMN and experience in process mapping.
- Data visualization skills using Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
