Job Summary: Wissen Technology is hiring a Business Analyst with 58 years of experience in the Banking or Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of derivatives, including reconciliation and risk management concepts, and experience with Xceptor/IntelliMatch for reconciliation and workflow automation.

Experience: 5- 8 Years

Location: Mumbai / Pune

Mode of Work: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements.
  
• Create functional documentation.
  
• Prepare for and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT).
  
• Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
  
• Utilize JIRA for project tracking and management.
  
  

Requirements:

• 58 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking or Capital Markets domain.
  
  
• Strong knowledge of derivatives, including reconciliation and risk management concepts.
  
• Experience with Xceptor/IntelliMatch for reconciliation and workflow automation.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
  
  

Good To Have Skills:

• Additional certifications or training in business analysis or related fields.
  
• Experience with other financial software and tools.
