Business Analyst Trainer Part-Time Location: Remote / Online
Working Days: Saturday & Sunday
Class Timings: 4:00 PM 6:30 PM
Monthly Compensation: 6,000
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Trainer who can deliver practical, concept-driven training to students aspiring to start their BA careers. The trainer should be able to simplify concepts, provide real-world examples, and guide learners through projects and interview preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct online classes every weekend (2.5 hours per day).
- Teach core Business Analysis concepts, tools, documentation, and SDLC methodologies.
- Prepare training materials, assignments, and case studies.
- Assist students with projects, doubt-clearing, and BA documentation practice.
- Provide guidance for interviews and resume-building.
- Ensure high engagement and smooth delivery of sessions.
Required Skills & Experience- Minimum 13 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, BRD, FRD, User Stories, UML etc.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Prior training/teaching experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Ability to simplify complex topics for beginners.
