Role Description The Business Analyst will work full time Remote, collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for optimization and digital transformation. The role involves preparing functional specifications, user stories and process flow diagrams, as well as coordinating with development, QA and project management teams to ensure effective implementation of solutions. The Business Analyst will also support testing activities, validate solutions against business needs, and assist in preparing reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and propose data-driven recommendations.
• Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with business processes, process mapping, and process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to define, document, and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile or other project management methodologies is beneficial.
• Competence with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, diagramming tools).
