Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analysing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement in processes, and providing actionable insights. Daily tasks include collaborating with stakeholders to define goals, preparing detailed reports, supporting the development of solutions, and ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. The role also involves facilitating effective communication between technical and business teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Analysis and developing Business Requirements
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data and support informed decision-making
• Ability to understand and refine Business Processes for improved efficiency
• Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with stakeholders
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
