Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes, workflows, and requirements to identify solution fit and drive value-based outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and business cases.
- Support sales executives by providing detailed functional insights, documentation, and industry-specific recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth market and competitor research to understand trends and support strategic positioning.
- Assist in creating, enhancing, and customizing product demos to align with client expectations.
- Act as a bridge between sales, technical, design, and client teams to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Participate in client discussions, discovery workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and negotiations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and client interaction logs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in Business Analysis or a similar client-facing analytical role.
- Strong expertise in Business Process Analysis, Requirements Gathering, and Proposal Writing.
- Hands-on experience with market research, data interpretation, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Educational Background: B.Tech, B.E., MCA, M.Tech, or MBA from a reputed institution.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas effectively through both verbal and written communication.
- Analytical Prowess: Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to design logical, scalable solutions.
- Technical Know-how: Familiarity with modern UI/UX and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, and FluidUI.
