Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity for the role of Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst intern, you will support the team by conducting business analysis, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and gathering business requirements. Day-to-day tasks will include data analysis, creating business reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in analyzing data to inform decision-making processes
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and the development of actionable insights
• Excellent Communication skills to convey findings effectively to stakeholders and team members
• Experience or knowledge in Business Process optimization to improve organizational efficiency
• Familiarity with Business Requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote environment
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a relevant field (preferred)
• Interest in the travel industry and a passion for customer-centric solutions are a plus
