Job Description

Preferably insurance qualifications and at least have years experience in the user environment.
Have knowledge and experience in SDLC cycle and implementation.
Skilled in leveraging AI/ML concepts, automation and analytics tools to enhance system performance and support intelligent decision-making.
Experience with AI-powered tools (e.g Chat GPT, Copilot, automation tools) will be advantage.
Experience in Data migration project with exposure on data mapping, data reconciliation , data cleansing will be advantage Possess good working attitude and self-motivated to learn.
Able to get along with everyone, maintaining good relationships at all levels from senior management to junior staff.
Good organization skills with sound time management.
The ability to communicate effectively in Chinese would be an added advantage.
