Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 10,00,000 / year (based on experience)
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time system monitoring for Razorpay s top merchants and enterprise-wide transactions, with immediate stakeholder alerts during performance issues
- Transform merchant key metrics into actionable business intelligence through comprehensive data analysis
- Execute timely communication to stakeholders during system incidents or data anomalies
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards for internal performance tracking and metric visualization
- Identify meaningful patterns, trends, and inferences through data analytics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and implement improvements
Eligibility
- Proven ability to manage and interpret large-scale datasets
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data manipulation techniques (Tableau, Looker, etc)
- Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Strong communication skills
