Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 15+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP ABAP WebDynpro SAP ABAP Programming Basics and SAP ABAP Workflow. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can effectively analyze business processes and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions using SAP ABAP Web Dynpro to meet business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP ABAP Programming Basics to support project development.
- Design and manage SAP ABAP Workflow processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with existing business systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure quality and performance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP ABAP Web Dynpro for developing user-friendly applications.
- Possess strong skills in SAP ABAP Programming Basics for effective coding and debugging.
- Exhibit expertise in SAP ABAP Workflow to automate and streamline business processes.
- Show ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
