Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear specifications for the technical team.
- Conduct data analysis and provide actionable insights to support business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and operations.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports, process flows, and documentation.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 46 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with tools like MS Excel, JIRA, Power BI, or similar.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in the retail domain (e.g., merchandising, POS, inventory management, or supply chain).
