Job Description:

We're looking for a highly analytical and data-oriented Business Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll empower our Product Manager with deep insights, driving the development of effective features and ensuring we hit our targets.

What You'll Do:

• Derive & Showcase Insights: Proactively analyze complex data to uncover product performance trends, user behaviors, and areas for optimization. You'll build the required data pipelines and dashboards with accurate insights.
• Guide Product Strategy: Provide Product Managers with clear, actionable insights into feature impact, user engagement, and overall product health, fueling continuous improvement.
• Understand Operations: Collaborate with our operations to grasp execution nuances and identify where data can drive efficiency.
• Measure & Monitor: Define key metrics, set up tracking, and continuously monitor product performance against goals.

What You'll Bring:

• 2-4 years in a Analyst or similar data-focused role with a track record of actionable insights.
• Strong Data Skills: Advanced proficiency with data manipulation (SQL, Python/R) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Quicksight).
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent statistical understanding for A/B testing and data modeling.
• Proactive & Curious: A self-starter with a strong drive to identify opportunities through data.
• Clear Communicator: Ability to present complex data findings clearly to all audiences.
• High Ownership: Accountable and responsible for delivering high-quality insights.
