Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Analyst who can turn raw operational data into actionable insights for our product, growth and on-ground ops teams. You will own dashboards built almost entirely in advanced Excel, coordinate experiments with multiple senior stakeholders, and translate findings into product or process changes that improve conversion, retention and unit economics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years total experience as Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Ops Analyst in a tech, fintech, e-commerce or consumer-internet company.
- Expert-level Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets: Power Query, PivotTables, index-match/xlookup, array & statistical functions; comfortable with VBA or Apps Script macros.
- Proven stakeholder-management chops: you've led periodic business reviews, aligned cross-functional teams and influenced decisions without formal authority.
- Strong business acumen you can translate metrics into actionable insights and explain trade-offs to non-data audiences.
- Clear written & verbal communication in English; able to create exec-ready decks and one-pagers.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Commerce or similar quantitative field.
Nice-to-Have
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI/Tableau/Looker Studio (we'll train you, but a head-start helps).
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-led business models.
- Exposure to Python (pandas) or R for ad-hoc analyses.
