Role Description

• Write and optimise SQL queries to answer business questions across funnels, campaigns, and operations.

• Build and maintain dashboards (Metabase / Redash / similar) that leadership checks every morning.

• Use Python (pandas, numpy) for data wrangling, deep-dives, and repeatable analysis.

• Turn messy, large-scale data into clear numbers, trends, and recommendations.

• Run root-cause analyses when a metric moves — and tell the story behind the change.

• Partner with growth, category, and ops teams to track experiments and measure impact..

Qualifications

• 2+ years in analytics, business analysis, or data — ideally in e-commerce / consumer / startups.

• Strong hands-on SQL — you can write complex joins, CTEs, and window functions without flinching.

• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (pandas, numpy).

• Proven dashboard-building experience and a genuine comfort with numbers at scale.

• Sharp business sense — you connect the data to the decision, not just the chart.

• Bonus: exposure to ClickHouse, A/B testing, or fashion / D2C metrics.
