Hiring: Business Analyst

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst who can interpret business data, generate actionable insights, and support the Chief Business Officer (CBO) in strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

* Analyze business data, MIS reports, and performance metrics to identify trends and insights

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports for management review

* Provide actionable recommendations to the CBO for improving business performance

* Monitor KPIs, sales performance, operational efficiency, and business growth metrics

* Create dashboards, presentations, and analytical reports using Excel/BI tools

* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and business updates

* Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis

* Support strategic planning and business forecasting activities

Required Skills:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS Reporting)

* Experience with Power BI/Tableau or similar reporting tools preferred

* Ability to interpret large datasets and convert them into business insights

* Good communication and presentation skills

* Strong attention to detail and reporting accuracy

Eligibility:

* 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / MIS Analyst / Data Analyst

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field

* Experience in preparing management reports and business insights is mandatory
