Relevant Experience:
- Hands-on experience documentingas-is processesand conductinggap analysis.
- Expertise in interpreting complex data using advanced data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong proficiency in conductingmarket researchusing multiple methodologies.
- Good understanding of theInsurance domain.
- High accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience collaborating with onsite stakeholders and diverse cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Leadership to identify initiatives; document charters, scope, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Work with business and IT stakeholders to understand challenges; conduct design-thinking workshops; create user journeys and as-is workflows.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements; recommend process improvements and solution approaches.
- Work with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and requirement clarification sessions.
- Conduct market research to analyze technology trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes; prepare executive-level research summaries.
- Analyze data from internal and external sources to generate meaningful, actionable insights.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholder groups to ensure alignment of objectives and expectations.
