Business Analysis & Requirements
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across business and technology teams.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for Temenos modules.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and Temenos functionalities.
- Support creation of BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and process flows.
Temenos (T24/Transact) Functional Expertise
- Configure, customise, and validate Temenos modules (e.g., AA, Deposits, Lending, Payments, Funds Transfer, Customer, Limits & Collateral).
- Work with Temenos consultants/developers to ensure solutions align with business requirements.
- Review Temenos parameterisation and assist in functional testing.
Project Delivery
- Support SIT, UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including technology, vendors, QA, and operations.
- Participate in core banking upgrades, enhancements, and migration activities.
- Assist in data mapping, migration validation, and reconciliation.
Documentation & Governance
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, training materials, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, audit, and risk requirements.
Key Skills & Experience
- 38 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong functional knowledge and hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact.
- Experience with modules such as AA, Loans, Deposits, Payments, Treasury, or Customer.
- Understanding of banking products, processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficient in writing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and data requirements.
- Experience in full SDLC, including testing and implementation.
- SQL knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Temenos certification
- Experience with Temenos upgrade or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of APIs, integration, and digital channels is a plus.
- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
