Position: Business Analyst - Market Domain (treasury / capital )
Requirements:-
- Should work on business requirement analysis and project management activities to support strategic regional and global projects focusing on Asia pacific offices of Mizuho.
- Key objective of the team is to create business requirement documents, business process reengineering and digitalization support for efficiency enhancement implantation support to it and operation group through pre UAT& UAT planning and user training.
- Streamlining and standardization of operations across the region, enhancing governance and operational risk management are other objectives.
- Demonstrable solid experience in the domain of requirement definition areas -this encompasses stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis and requirement review.
- Experience handling requirement definition in either the markets area for Atleast one of the following Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, India, Philippines, south Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam or Myanmar,
- Demonstrable experience in system design, system development or validation for candidate who have only been involved in validation, they should at a minimum possess experience in formulating and executing unit tests as well as system functional tests.
- An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high quality precise and extensive requirement documentation. this should align with the high standards established by senior Mizuho business analyst lead.
- Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region to interact in person with Mizuho Front- Middle- and back office teams to gather the necessary requirements.
Mandate Skills:-
- To work as business analyst focusing on treasury and market area for the next gen core banking project.
- Proficiency in communicating fluently and concisely in English encompassing both verbal and written communication ( Japanese communication skills are not mandatory).
- Should be aware of market area , knowledge of Front, Middle& Back-office domain is preferred.
- Hands on experience in creating both business requirement documents(BRD) & functional requirement documents (FRD).
- Explore to multiple countries is the plus point.
- Strong expertise in atleast one domain is mandatory for market area BA.(interviews, workshops, documents reviews, being shadowed, etc.
- Minimum of 7 yrs as BA who can do disposition along with the ability to encourage business users to participate in requirements gathering activities
Qualification: Graduate preferably Engineering & Technical background, Project Management Certification, MBA.
Experience: Between 10 to 20yrs hands on as Business Analyst with project role out in market domain will be must
