Understanding query from user and articulate it to partner in proper way with help of required documentation i.e. Understand the business need (from users, management, existing application, manual exceling, change management in process, etc.)

Prepare the FRD document with fit-gap analysis for internal purpose

Define reporting and alerting requirements
Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our software. i.e. Find appropriate vendors and Explain the FRD to vendors and get quotation and completion time required to develop

Coordinate with vendor and users to meet output based on FRD

Validate developed application with FRD

Testing with users to fulfill requested gap analysis

Maintain respective documentation of requirement and development

update or develop training documents with the help of training team

Estimating detailed risks for each new change request

Highlight the consequences if the project health is weak to avoid scope creep

It makes sure that the team working on the project fully understands the requirements and is concentrating their efforts to develop a solution that will satisfy business needs.

Draft comprehensive proposals with detailed SOW (Scope of Work), flow diagrams, and wire frames and mapping information.

Should be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications for the development team

Should be GOOD at Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, USE CASES, UAT, etc.,

Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to non-IT and functional information to IT
