We are going to trust you with
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies for requirement gathering, planning, and project implementation.
- Translating business needs into detailed user stories and functional specifications for developers and QA teams.
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and ensuring successful deployment.
- Defining and monitoring KPIs related to product usage, customer behavior, and system performance.
- Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting usage data to derive insights that improve user experience.
- Supporting the automation of internal processes for data collection and performance tracking.
- Acting as the communication hub between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Our ideal candidate will be someone with
- A degree in B.com from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute. (Freshers from 2025 batch are welcome to apply)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business processes.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with agile tools.
- The ability to write clear, concise functional requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for presentations and stakeholder alignment.
- A highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
