The Role
We are looking for a
Business Analyst Intern with prior internship experience who can contribute from day one. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to analyze business requirements, improve product features, and drive decisions using product analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories)
- Work with Product and Engineering teams to define feature requirements
- Analyze user behavior and product performance using PostHog (Mandatory)
- Create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights
- Support UAT, process improvements, and product documentation
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with PostHog (Mandatory)
- Strong Business Analysis and requirement gathering skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Good understanding of product analytics and user behavior
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic SQL is a plus
Eligibility
- Graduation completed (Mandatory)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available for a full-time internship (6 months)
