Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Motor Insurance domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent business analysis skills, expertise in preparing BRD/FRD documents, and experience working on system integrations and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver effective insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and process flow documents.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technology teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements.
- Work on API, third-party, and system integration requirements.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and product teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement walkthroughs and support solution design discussions.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution.
- Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement signoffs.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Motor Insurance / General Insurance domain.
- Knowledge of policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, underwriting, and claims processes.
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, and process documentation.
- Experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Understanding of API Integration and system integration processes.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, or Scrum preferred.
- Experience in digital insurance transformation projects will be an added advantage.
