The AI-ML engineering team is a part of Quantitative Modeling and Advanced Analytics (QMAA) team sits within Finance Analytics Center of Excellence to support the advanced analytics and ML modeling needs for sales, marketing, finance, digital, financial wellness, and operations of consumer bank. Our data analyst and scientists work directly with each line of business and other analytics teams to solve complex problems to support model development and deployment for unique business problems by building state-of-the-art models and tools to support business growth and improve customer experience.

The Application Developer and Analyst will work with application and data engineering team to perform integrated application full stack development, modeling data extracts, modeling dataset development, validation, documentation, Data/ML pipeline for application model implementation in production and non-productions. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively with data scientists to better understand their business needs, work on data requirements including full stack application development, data sourcing, data wrangling and analysis, data summarization and aggregation to create features for ML Application and Model development and deployment.

.Excellent/hands-on knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5

.Experience with Enterprise application software development and IT environments

.Establish process rigor and should be a transformation evangelist

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

.Solid full stack/web dev programming background with a bachelor&rsquos degree in engineering or computer science

.Relevant years work experience in developing and deploying web app full stack application supporting analytic rule engine engineering

.Expertise in .NET, C#, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5

.Front-end technology - Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries

.Basic design ability - Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design

Preferred qualifications/Skills

.Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and UNIX basic commands

.Experience in working in cloud environment preferred

.Work experience in Retail and Financial services industry preferred

.Effective communication and presentation skills

.Can work both independently and collaboratively

.Six sigma certified
