Job Description

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare technical and business presentations, workflow diagrams, and project specifications for various projects.
2. Coordinate daily with the CTO to provide updates on project progress, challenges, and requirements.
3. Attend all daily technical meetings, record meeting minutes, and ensure action items are documented and followed up on.
4. Utilize project management software to track and monitor project progress, tasks, and milestones.
5. Monitor Jira for daily check-ins and updates from both India and Indonesia teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify scope, and ensure alignment between technical and business objectives.
7. Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
8. Develop and maintain documentation including user stories, use cases, and system requirements.
9. Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather requirements and validate solutions.
10. Provide support during the implementation and testing phases of projects, ensuring that deliverables meet stakeholder expectations.
